Haier Thermocool has kept its market leadership and remained a favorite
choice of Nigerians after hitting the market in the 1970s.
For over 40 years the Thermocool brand has continued to supply its
quality products throughout the nation which are mainly based on Home
Appliances, Sound and Vision appliances, energy appliances and other commercial
products.
In 1971, the Thermocool brand launched its first range of products which
included fridges and freezers in Lagos. Throughout the years the brand expanded
and was able to reach out to more consumers.
In May 2001, Thermocool went into a joint venture with PZ Cussons and introduced HPZ, Nigeria’s number 1 cooling appliance brand into the market.
